For screenwriters
See the story before the pages.
writers.cards is a digital index-card board built for screenplay outlining. Put one story beat on each card, move scenes without rewriting the outline, and read the shape of the film at a glance.
Cards keep the useful constraints of paper: three clear lines for the beat, two smaller header fields, title cards for acts, and an approximate running time. The board stays quiet enough to think on instead of becoming another project-management system.
When the structure changes, preserve the current draft as a dated version and explore a new arrangement. Lock the versions you do not want anyone to alter, then export selected cards or the current board as a PDF.
