Operator and contact
writers.cards is operated by Orson Everaert in Belgium. Questions and formal notices can be sent to orson@posteo.net.
The service
writers.cards is a visual planning workspace for writers. Visitors may use the limited local free workspace. Registered accounts can save projects online. Paid monthly plans provide the capacities and features described on the checkout page.
Accounts
You must provide accurate information, protect your password and promptly report unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity through your account and guest editing links. Do not share an editing link with people you do not trust.
Your content
You retain ownership of project content you create or upload. You give us a limited licence to host, transform, back up and transmit that content only as needed to operate the service. You confirm that you have the right to upload it.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service unlawfully; upload malicious code or unlawful content; attempt to access another customer’s account; bypass product limits; overload the service; or interfere with its security. We may restrict abusive activity and suspend accounts where reasonably necessary.
Subscriptions
Pro renews monthly until cancelled. The price and billing interval are shown before checkout. Payments are processed by Stripe. You can manage or cancel through Account settings. Cancellation stops future renewal and does not erase your projects.
Availability and changes
We aim to keep writers.cards reliable, but maintenance, provider incidents or technical failures can interrupt access. We may improve or change features while preserving the essential paid service. Export important work periodically.
Ending use
You may cancel Pro or delete your account at any time. We may suspend material abuse or security threats and will act proportionately where circumstances permit. Terms that must logically survive termination, including ownership and legal obligations, remain effective.
Liability and consumer rights
Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, writers.cards is not liable for indirect or unforeseeable losses. Belgian law applies, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections available in their country of residence.
